how are you going to know who started a the fire with fireworks? why aren’t we just going to say don’t do it because there is a burn ban on and setting of fireworks could very well start a fire that destroys millions of dollars of property and will also cause great hardship upon peoples lives and perhaps even be the cause of death? are we that concerned that folks get to play with their fireworks that everyone else has to suffer such loss of property and life? I’m not suggesting there is enough manpower to stop these idiots from shooting off fireworks, however should it really be the position of this county to act as if doing so is some kind of “right” and that is essentially a harmless holiday activity? its actually not even safe when we’re not in a burn ban but conditions exist now that will be extremely dangerous and this county is doing nothing to express there concern or to stop the potential disaster
